Hello Families!  My name is Ms. Doyle.   I am so thrilled to be your child’s teacher this year!  This will be my second year teaching 3rd grade at CCA.  I previously taught in a special education classroom for grades 3-5 in Outer Banks, North Carolina.  

I originally graduated in the spring of 2020 with a dual degree in early childhood and special education.  I have had experience in a multitude of classrooms and age groups.  Even at a young age, I have always known that teaching was my passion and career choice.  I remember lining up my stuffed animals after school and pretending to teach them every day!  It is truly a passion of mine.

I am originally from Pennsylvania - about two hours north of Pittsburgh.  I enjoy going on walks with my dog Nala, visiting farmer's markets, journaling, cooking yummy vegan food and spending time with friends.  

I am so excited about this upcoming year.  I can’t wait to watch your child grow!  

Teaching Philosophy

My goal as an educator is to create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment where students will feel comfortable taking risks, making mistakes, and pushing themselves.  I focus on the journey of learning and celebrating the growth of every child.  We also work on social-emotional skills that practice communication and self-advocacy, whether it is academic or social related.  I believe that the teacher, student, and caregivers work together as a team to ensure a child’s success.   

I will be here to celebrate every victory your child has this year - no matter how big or small; as well as be there to guide them through anything they may need.
