Induction

The Colorado Department of Education requires all initially licensed teachers complete a state approved induction program to graduate from an initial to a professional teacher license. The Professional Learning Institute at Cherry Creek Academy proudly delivers a state approved induction program committed to the development and retention of highly qualified teachers through reflection, mentoring, and goal setting. The induction program runs for two years to capitalize and support the many experiences of new teachers. Initially licensed teachers who successfully complete the induction program will fulfill the requirements to transition their initial teacher license to a professional license.
