Biography
Hello, my name is Sheila Cox. I am a Denver native and am excited about joining the Cherry Creek Academy team! I am thrilled to be taking on the K-2 ELS Specialist position here and look forward to connecting with the children.
Teaching Philosophy
Ms. Cox believes that children learn best in a welcoming environment. When children feel valued, they want to put their best efforts forward. She believes that the natural desire to learn should be nurtured and cultivated so the love of learning never diminishes. Ms. Cox believes that learning can and should be fun. When everyone works together with patience, love, commitment, and team work, every student is capable of excelling even whilst learning a new language.
