Biography:

My name is Mr. Oldani and I am super excited to be joining the CCA team this year as the 5/6 Social Studies teacher. I have lived in Colorado all of my life and have had many opportunities to explore this beautiful state. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colorado State University in May 2022 with a degree in History and Social Studies Education and fell in love with my content area through my passion for environmental history. When I am not in school, you will often find me spending time with my family, on local trails hiking, mountain biking, and backpacking, or playing guitar and creating music. 

Philosophy: 

I firmly believe that studying history is the greatest way to understand the present and shape the future. My teaching philosophy is that students learn the best when having fun and they should engage in history as an actual historian would. We will be analyzing and forming an understanding of many different historical events and I hope that every student leaves our class with a stronger understanding of the world and a deeper understanding of themselves.
