FACILITY RENTAL Cherry Creek Academy Facility Rental
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic 
ALL facility rentals at Cherry Creek Academy
have been canceled until further notice. 

Mission:

Cherry Creek Academy is a public charter school within the Cherry Creek School District. The mission of Cherry Creek Academy with regard to its facility usage  is to provide and facilitate the opportunity for members of our community to utilize Cherry Creek Academy’s Facility for the benefit of our students and our community. ​​

General Facility Rental Information:

The Cherry Creek Academy Business Manager requests a two-week minimum turnaround period to process requests. Please note that requests submitted less than two weeks before the intended start date may not be approved in time for that date. Previous and past due invoices must be paid in full before additional requests may be approved. Submitting a request for usage does not guarantee that your request will be approved, either partially or fully.

A $35.00 nonrefundable processing and handling fee is required for all Cherry Creek Academy facility requests, except for those in Category A, PTO fundraisers, and Governmental Entities. This fee must be submitted before any rental agreements will be considered.

Cherry Creek Academy accepts cash, checks and money orders for invoice payments.

Your rental request is not approved until you receive a permit via email; a representative from your organization signs that permit electronically; that permit is electronically returned to the Cherry Creek Academy Business Manager.
