7/8 Writing Club

Led by Mr. Eric Gaulden

I have been writing stories and poems since childhood, and have been revising and editing professionally since 2013. When I was in Middle School, my teachers fostered my writing abilities, and I am so excited to foster the passions and talents of the young writers at CCA.

7th and 8th Grade Writing Club Description

In our 7/8 Writing Club, students will learn to write and edit both poetry and short stories. Our club culminates with the publication of "Transcendent Tales," in which we collect the stories and poems written by our students.

Cost

There is no cost associated with Writing Club!

Schedule 

Writing will meet in Mr. Gaulden’s room each Tuesday from 3:45 to 4:45 PM. The club will run twice, from September 5th - December 14th, and then again from January 30th - May 7th. In case of unforeseen circumstances, communication will be sent to students and parents as far in advance as possible.
